Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai worked with Pacific Construction Group Co., Ltd.

On the morning of October 31, comrade Nguyen Hong Hai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, received a delegation of Pacific Construction Group Co., Ltd. (China) led by Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa - Founder of the Group, who visited and worked in the province.

Attending the reception were leaders of relevant departments and branches of the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai expressed his pleasure to welcome Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa and the delegation. He gave a general introduction about Lam Dong - the province with the largest natural area in the country, possessing three typical ecological regions including plateau, midland and coastal areas, with potential for comprehensive development in industry, tourism, marine economy and border gates.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that Lam Dong is currently implementing many key projects in the fields of real estate, tourism, energy, agriculture , health care, education, especially transport infrastructure. In the period of 2025-2030, the province will focus on investing heavily in road, railway, aviation and waterway projects, creating a driving force for sustainable economic growth.

Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa thanked the leaders of Lam Dong province for their warm welcome and expressed his desire to cooperate and invest in local infrastructure projects. He said that Pacific Construction Group – one of the 500 largest enterprises in the world and among the top 19 private corporations in China – has implemented many large transport projects in Northern Vietnam and now wishes to expand its investment in the Southern region.

Coming to Lam Dong, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa affirmed his desire to accompany the province in the field of traffic infrastructure construction, committing that if the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee approves the project, the Group will implement the project with fast progress, reasonable cost and high quality, contributing to promoting the local socio-economic development.

Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai thanked Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa for sharing his experiences and good practices in the field of transport infrastructure construction. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that in the near future, Pacific Construction Group will soon set up a representative office in Lam Dong to facilitate research and investment promotion.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance to coordinate and support the Group in the process of surveying and exploring investment opportunities for projects in the locality, ensuring the most favorable conditions for businesses in the coming time.
