Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang inspected the work of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 13 in industrial parks.

According to preliminary reports, businesses in Phu Tai Industrial Park and Long My Industrial Park suffered heavy damage due to storm No. 13. Many factories had their roofs blown off, walls collapsed; infrastructure works and trees on the roads fell down. The extent of the damage has not been fully estimated.

Currently, businesses are urgently rebuilding roofs, repairing factory walls and coordinating with power units to reconnect power sources, repair lighting systems and damaged transformer stations.

Fallen trees on main roads were also quickly cleared to ensure traffic, helping to stabilize production activities.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang emphasized that the work to overcome the consequences of the storm must be deployed urgently and safely, ensuring production while protecting property and human lives.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to make detailed plans and calculate damages to support and help businesses stabilize production as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, at Nhon Hoa Industrial Park, thanks to proactive and effective storm prevention work, storm No. 13 did not cause significant damage. The factory system, infrastructure works and production areas were all safely protected, helping businesses maintain smooth operations.
