Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung periodically received citizens in October

At the meeting, representatives of 12 households in the National Highway 1 expansion project area, through Tam Xuan 2 Commune (Nui Thanh) made a request regarding the allocation of resettlement land. These households said that over the past 10 years, they have worked with the People's Committee of Nui Thanh District many times, but the problems in resettlement arrangements have not been resolved.

Responding to the petition of the households, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung shared the difficulties of the people, and said that the responsibility for letting the matter drag on and not being resolved completely belongs to the authorities of Nui Thanh district.

Accordingly, Mr. Tran Nam Hung requested the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district to review and check the records of each case to have a written response to the households before November 15, 2024, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people; report to the Provincial People's Committee to grasp the situation.

Also at the meeting, representatives of households buying land at the My Gia Urban Area project, Dien Ban (the investor is Phu Gia Thinh Housing Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Hai Chau district, Da Nang ) requested the Provincial People's Committee to consider promptly resolving the issue of granting land use right certificates (LURCs) to land buyers.

According to representatives of these households, in 2017, Phu Gia Thinh Housing Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company opened the My Gia 2 Urban Area project in Dien Ban with a commitment to issue certificates to customers 9 months later. However, to date, households who have purchased land in the project area have not yet been granted land use rights certificates.

Responding to the petitions of the households, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung assigned the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to work with the investor to plan compensation and site clearance, and promptly complete related procedures to completely resolve problems, creating favorable conditions for the project to be implemented. At the same time, the investor was required to completely resolve the cases that the people petitioned by the end of June 2025.
