On June 3, Dong Nai Medical College organized the "Job Fair 2025", attracting dozens of medical facilities in the province and neighboring areas to recruit human resources.

The event gathered more than 10 recruitment agencies from hospitals, businesses and clinics in and outside the province. Here, students had direct access to employers, on-site interviews and submitted applications on the same day.
In particular, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Children's Hospital, directly participated in interviewing and recruiting students at the job fair.
“We need young people with solid knowledge, good practical skills and, importantly, a serious working attitude and especially a love for children. Coming to the festival, I want to directly select candidates who are suitable for the actual needs of the hospital,” Mr. Nghia shared.
Sharing after the interview, Nguyen Thi Thao Duyen (a nursing student) said that she was very surprised to be interviewed and evaluated directly by the hospital's leaders.
“At first, I was quite worried, but I found that Dr. Nghia asked very practical questions, mainly revolving around professional knowledge, situation handling skills, and attitude when interacting with pediatric patients. Through the interview, I learned a lot and felt more confident,” Thao Duyen said.
Duyen's wish is to work in the Tropical Department of Dong Nai Children's Hospital, where common diseases in children such as hand, foot and mouth disease, dengue fever are treated, etc. and is also an environment that helps new graduates have more opportunities to gain practical experience.

According to the records, many students took advantage of this opportunity to interview directly, learn about working conditions and benefits at medical facilities. Some students were even recruited and received a probationary period right at the fair.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Vice Principal of Dong Nai Medical College, said that the festival is a practical bridge to help students have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities, practice skills, orient their careers and access jobs in their majors.
"Through recruitment agencies, we not only introduce job opportunities but also provide direct feedback on training quality. This is an important basis for schools to review and adjust their curriculum, ensuring that it closely meets practical needs," Ms. Hien emphasized.
The school’s leadership expects students to not only have solid professional knowledge but also be fully equipped with soft skills, professional demeanor and a progressive spirit. According to records, about 300 students actively sought information and registered for direct interviews at the job fair.
