On the morning of November 14, an exciting atmosphere enveloped the residential area of Suoi Cau - Ben Khe - Suoi Sau hamlet, Bac Khanh Vinh commune ( Khanh Hoa ). Hundreds of people from the Kinh, Ede, Tay, Nung, Raglai, Muong, Hoa, Dao, and T'rin ethnic groups in colorful traditional costumes enthusiastically welcomed Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh to attend the National Great Unity Day to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025).
Also attending were Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Provincial People's Committee Chairman Nguyen Khac Toan and Ms. Tran Thu Mai, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province.

The residential area of Suoi Cau - Ben Khe - Suoi Sau village currently has 1,118 households with 4,661 people, including 9 ethnic groups living together in solidarity and long-standing attachment.
In 2025, the three villages successfully implemented the five contents of the movement for the entire people to unite and build a cultural life. The great solidarity bloc was consolidated, and the people trusted the leadership of the Party and the government. The models of "Green Sunday", "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and digital transformation spread widely.
Neighborhood sentiment is clearly demonstrated through volunteer activities. In 2025, the villages mobilized more than 8 million VND to support the fund for the poor, donated 20.5 million VND and 1.2 tons of rice to help people in the North affected by storms and floods, and donated 18.9 million VND to visit 16 households with sick or deceased members.
People's lives are constantly improving. There are currently 36 poor households (accounting for 3.2%), and every year more than 95% of households achieve the title of Cultural Family. Three villages have been recognized as cultural villages for many years in a row.

Speaking at the festival, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh praised the efforts, initiatives and results achieved by the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and people of Bac Khanh Vinh commune.
The Deputy Prime Minister hopes that the locality will continue to promote the strength of national solidarity, arouse the aspiration to rise up, and build an increasingly prosperous and happy commune. In particular, it is necessary to consolidate the great national solidarity bloc, maintain political security; promote the tradition of diligence and creativity of ethnic minorities, promote the advantages of terrain, climate, and resources to develop sustainable agriculture, especially ecological agriculture combined with community tourism and experiential tourism.

In particular, the Deputy Prime Minister requested strong innovation in the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels under the direction of General Secretary To Lam.
"Cadres and Party members of the Front and mass organizations must be the core, maintaining the '3 nears' - close to the people, close to the grassroots, close to the digital space; '5 musts' - must listen, must dialogue, must set an example, must take responsibility, must report results; '4 nos' - no formalities, no avoidance, no shirking, no wrongful discharge of duties", Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh emphasized.
The Deputy Prime Minister also suggested paying attention to building cultural life in residential areas, preserving ethnic identities, promoting education and talent, promoting lifelong learning movements, and building "digital citizens" in the new era. At the same time, well implementing the grassroots democracy regulations, maximizing people's mastery according to the motto "people know, people discuss, people do, people check, people supervise and people benefit".

In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister suggested promoting the work of caring for families and relatives of people with revolutionary contributions; mobilizing resources from the community to care for and help the poor and people in especially difficult circumstances.
On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh presented gifts to the residential area and 10 outstanding policy households. The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented 20 gifts to poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households. Leaders of Bac Khanh Vinh commune presented gifts to 15 disadvantaged families.
