On the morning of April 10, comrades Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province received citizens regularly in April. Also receiving were leaders of the Provincial People's Council, a number of relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities.

At the meeting, 5 citizens and groups of citizens made recommendations to the provincial leaders regarding licensing and land allocation to project investors; clearance of households violating traffic safety corridors; and reflection on encroachment on public land...

Ms. Dinh Thi Thanh Thuy in Le Thanh Nghi ward (Hai Duong city) requested the Provincial People's Committee to grant a license and allocate land to the investor to issue land use right certificates and allocate land to people at the Quan Thanh residential area construction project in Hai Duong city. Regarding this content, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with departments, branches and localities to work with the project investor to resolve citizens' requests in accordance with the law.

Mr. Phung Van Hung in Binh Han ward (Hai Duong city) requested to allocate more land to his family after the state reclaimed the land to implement the Thai Binh riverside ecological urban area project. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the relevant departments and branches to issue a written response to Mr. Hung's request before May 31, 2024.

At the citizen reception, Mr. Doan Thanh Trung in Nguyen Trai ward (Hai Duong city) proposed to evacuate households in the traffic safety corridor area of provincial road 396 in Van Hoi commune (Ninh Giang) which has been planned by the Provincial People's Committee for the mausoleum to worship Mr. Doan Dinh Duyet. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang assigned the People's Committee of Ninh Giang district to quickly deploy and complete the settlement before June 30, 2024. At the same time, he requested Ninh Giang district to study naming the street Doan Dinh Duyet in the district.

Mr. Vu Ngoc Thong and Mrs. Mac Thi Su in Hop Tien commune (Nam Sach) denounced a household encroaching on public land. Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang assigned the Nam Sach District People's Committee to review documents and files, and consider resolving the citizen's denunciation in accordance with regulations.
