As part of her official visit to Bulgaria from October 22-24, on October 23, Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly, wife of General Secretary To Lam, visited and interacted with children at Zvanche Kindergarten No. 2 in the capital Sofia. Accompanying Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly was Mrs. Desislava Radeva, wife of the President of Bulgaria.
In a bustling and warm atmosphere, teachers and students of Zvanche School respectfully invited the two Ladies to enjoy bread dipped in honey and salt - a traditional ceremony showing the hospitality and warm welcome of the Bulgarian people.

Here, the two ladies watched the performances by the children, with Vietnamese and Bulgarian songs resonating and bustling. The two ladies held the children's hands and joined in the Bulgarian folk dance - joyful and innocent dance steps, like bridges connecting the two cultures.
Next, the two ladies and the children practiced rolling Vietnamese spring rolls - a familiar symbol of Vietnamese cuisine , creating a warm and intimate atmosphere.

At the drawing class, the two ladies and the children completed a general picture of the Vietnam - Bulgaria friendship. Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly chose the lotus - a symbol of purity, resilience and strong vitality of the Vietnamese people. Mrs. Desislava Radeva chose the Bulgarian rose - a symbol of beauty, love and cultural identity of the "land of roses".

Speaking at the visit, Madam Ngo Phuong Ly expressed her emotions when visiting Zvanche School - an exemplary educational institution in Sofia, which not only nurtures children with love and dedication, but also inspires creativity, compassion and love of art in them. The Madam shared: "The name Zvanche - meaning little bell - is simple but full of images. I imagine the clear, joyful bell sound of childhood, which is also the sound symbolizing a learning environment filled with laughter, joy and discovery."
Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly said that Vietnam always considers preschool education as the first foundation, very important in human development. Vietnam constantly invests in facilities, improves the quality of teachers, innovates modern teaching methods, and puts children at the center.

Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly believes that with the dedicated care of teachers and the cooperation from family, school and society, the children will grow up healthy, confident, full of love and aspirations.
On this occasion, Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly donated a children's playground to the school along with many children's books and stories, conveying messages about friendship, knowledge and the joy of childhood.
