Previously, at around 5:20 p.m. on April 25, at Thanh Ba District Medical Center, while providing emergency care to a patient in a traffic accident, Mr. Pham Tien Nam, a nurse at Thanh Ba District Medical Center, was cursed and kicked in the stomach by Khuat Van Sinh, a relative of the victim.
