
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong is the wife of martyr Le Van To, living in an old and dilapidated house.
Cam Duong Ward People's Committee has reviewed and directed functional departments to complete construction permit procedures; requested the Lao Cai Province Martyrs' Families Support Association to mobilize sponsors to support 82 million VND and 10 tons of cement; requested political organizations of the residential area to support working days and materials to help Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong build a house.
According to the design, the house is built on 1 floor, with a usable area of over 50 m2 . In addition to the above support fund, the Ward People's Committee supported 20 cubic meters of construction sand; Cam Duong Market Management Board supported nearly 20 million VND.
* Previously, on October 25, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Duong Ward coordinated with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Lao Cai Branch to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a "Great Unity" house for the family of Ms. Tran Thi May - a household with especially difficult circumstances, residing in Son Lau residential group, Cam Duong Ward.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, the leaders of the Economic - Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward awarded the construction permit to the family.
According to the design, the house has a construction area of nearly 100 m2 , with a total cost of 120 million VND (of which, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Lao Cai Branch supported 50 million VND).
It is expected that after 2 months of construction, the house will be inaugurated and handed over to the family to celebrate the Year of the Horse 2026.
