Tien Thanh school, located in Nam Bo village, is one of the most disadvantaged areas in the commune, with approximately 200 students, mostly from ethnic minority groups and impoverished families. Previously, due to the lack of a centralized kitchen, students had to eat at local homes or sit in makeshift classrooms. This caused many inconveniences, affecting teaching and learning as well as the students' health care.

The "Kitchen of Love" project, supported by MB with a total budget of 490 million VND, has practical significance, contributing to a substantial improvement in facilities and better serving the needs of nurturing and caring for disadvantaged students.

Also at the ceremony, various organizations presented valuable gifts: Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) donated a refrigerator and a television to Tien Thanh School; Vietnam Modern One-Member Limited Liability Bank donated two water purifiers; and the Party Committee of MB Head Office awarded 20 scholarships to underprivileged students to encourage their efforts in their studies.

As part of the local social welfare program, the MB Head Office Youth Union also organized the "100 Dong House" handover ceremony in 2025 in Lang Lan village, Kien Thiet commune. This is a positive activity in response to the "100 Dong House" initiative launched by the Army Youth Committee.

A house worth 110 million VND was donated to the family of Ms. Hua Thi Khai, a family in difficult circumstances whose husband fought in Laos and Southern Vietnam and suffered from the effects of Agent Orange. On this occasion, MB also donated a refrigerator and a water filter, worth nearly 6 million VND, to the family.
