Vinh Tuy Ward dialogues to resolve many issues of concern to people

HNP - On October 30, the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Vinh Tuy Ward organized a conference to meet and directly dialogue between the heads of Party committees and authorities with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, socio-political organizations, and representatives of the People in the ward in 2025.

The leaders of Vinh Tuy Ward Party Committee chaired the Conference.

At the Conference, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Le Hoang Duc presented a report responding to 20 opinions and recommendations of the people on the fields of Party building, government and state management in the locality.

Mr. Le Hoang Duc said that implementing Plan No. 252/KH-UBND, dated September 16, 2025 of the Hanoi People's Committee on "deploying a campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database", the ward government has urgently and seriously implemented it.

People asked many questions and leaders of the Ward Party Committee and functional units answered.

“Collecting and entering land information to synchronize the national database is a practical step towards strong digital transformation in this field. Certificates issued by the State will be fully updated in the database to help people quickly complete related procedures,” said Mr. Le Hoang Duc.

Up to now, the ward has collected 14,000/16,000 data, reaching 87.5% and has entered 11,000 data into the form.

At the Conference, there were 6 opinions expressed directly and 3 opinions sent in writing to the conference secretary. The opinions focused on 14 groups of issues and areas related to the lives of local people such as: Site clearance on Tam Trinh Street; the situation of people dumping garbage in the wrong place; granting construction permits to households in the "Uncle Ho Fish Pond" area. Along with that is the construction of cultural houses; establishment of party cells in apartment buildings after implementing the 2-level local government model...

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Tuy Ward Vu Van Hoat, on behalf of the Party Committee, received all opinions of the people.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Vu Van Hoat, on behalf of the Party Committee, accepted all opinions and said that the implementation of the 2-level local government model must be better than the old model. However, Vinh Tuy is one of the localities with difficult facilities, and the quality of the staff and civil servants is still uneven.

Therefore, through the Ward Party Committee conference, it is possible to detect problems arising from the grassroots in order to promptly resolve them, avoid creating hot spots, and contribute to concretizing the mechanism of Party leadership, State management, and people mastery with the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, and people benefit".

Concluding the Conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council Nguyen Quang Trung emphasized that contact and dialogue between leaders of Party committees and authorities with the Fatherland Front, socio- political organizations and people in the ward is an important political task.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Trung, Party Secretary, Chairman of Vinh Tuy Ward People's Council delivered a concluding speech at the Conference.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Trung suggested that after this dialogue, the leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and specialized agencies of the ward immediately start to seriously implement the issues discussed and agreed upon in the dialogue and have a specific time and roadmap to promptly and effectively resolve the legitimate recommendations of cadres, union members, association members, and people within their authority, prioritizing urgent issues and pressing issues of people's livelihood. For matters beyond their authority, the ward will report to the City for attention to remove difficulties and obstacles and direct early resolution.
