PTSC Thanh Hoa raises awareness of comprehensive and synchronous digital transformation

On May 21-22, 2025, PTSC Thanh Hoa successfully organized a specialized training course on "Digital Transformation Awareness" for the entire Board of Directors and Employees. The training course took place at all working positions from Truc Lam office, projects, to ports and mechanical workshops. This is not only an opportunity to equip basic knowledge but also contributes to improving management and operational capacity, promoting the spirit of innovation and creativity - creating a solid foundation for PTSC Thanh Hoa's digital transformation journey. The training course focuses on the following contents: overview of digital transformation; digital transformation model and application; digital transformation roadmap and the role of human resources; change management and risk management in digital transformation; information security for businesses and sharing necessary experiences and skills in digital transformation.

  The training course “Digital Transformation Awareness” is part of PTSC Thanh Hoa’s digital transformation strategy, meeting the Government’s requirements for national digital transformation, while also achieving the company’s Board of Directors’ goal of applying technology to optimize production and business activities. Not only does it impart knowledge, the course also contributes to building a learning culture, encouraging employees to constantly explore, learn and apply technology to their work, ready to adapt to changes in the digital age. With the proactive spirit and active participation of all employees from the office to the port, from the project to the workshop, PTSC Thanh Hoa is gradually building a solid foundation to anticipate the digital transformation trend, improve work efficiency and affirm its competitive position in the domestic and international markets.
