The report at the conference stated that in the first quarter of 2025, the 34th Corps led, directed, thoroughly grasped, synchronously deployed, and effectively carried out the tasks of training, building discipline, managing discipline, and building model units. Agencies and units maintained and strictly followed the training order and regime; the system of books, basic statistical registration was complete, timely, and in accordance with instructions.

Accordingly, the quality of training and combat readiness have been improved, meeting the requirements of the mission. The command team of agencies at all levels actively followed, monitored and directed the units to implement the training plan. The Military School trained reserve officers of the first course strictly, in accordance with the content and program. Focused on building guiding documents and organizing and operating the Command - Agency exercise of 2 sides at 1 level on the map (confrontation) for Regiment 52 (Division 320) and Regiment 977 (Division 31) to ensure strictness, safety and good quality. Directed to improve the quality of training, practice and joint training for the forces participating in the A50 parade and parade and 2 teams of Military Region 1 participating in the Ministry-level competition to achieve the set goals and requirements.

Effectively carry out emulation activities in training in conjunction with the implementation of the Determination to Win emulation movement and the assault emulation movement. The Corps ensures good logistics and technical work in performing tasks, especially training tasks, combat readiness and other sudden tasks.

Concluding the conference, Major General Tran Cong Duc commended the agencies and units for their efforts and achievements in training, building discipline, managing discipline and building model units in the first quarter of 2025. The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Corps requested that in the coming time, agencies and units need to continue to thoroughly grasp andeducate the serious implementation of training tasks and combat readiness; proactively overcome weaknesses and weak points in training.
