In the overall Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and India, economic and trade cooperation has always been one of the important areas and has achieved many successes in recent times. Bilateral trade between India and Vietnam has achieved impressive results, increasing from 200 million USD in 2000 to 14.36 billion USD in 2023. In the first 6 months of 2024 alone, the total import-export turnover reached 7.19 billion USD, equivalent to about 50% of the whole year 2023./.
