Military Region 9 inspects administrative reform and digital transformation work in An Giang

The delegation inspected the contents of institutional reform; administrative procedures; administrative apparatus organization; civil service regime; public finance, digital economic development; building and developing e-Government, digital Government, digital transformation at the Provincial Military Command, Long Xuyen City Military Command; and inspected the awareness of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces on administrative reform and digital transformation.

In recent times, administrative reform and digital transformation in the armed forces of An Giang province have been carried out in an orderly and effective manner. Administrative procedures have been fully listed, publicly disclosed, and in accordance with regulations. Plans, projects, and documents have been promptly issued and resolutely implemented, and the quality management system has been applied according to the national standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015. Concluding the inspection, Colonel Truong Thanh Phong highly appreciated the results of administrative reform and digital transformation of the An Giang Provincial Military Command. He requested that in the coming time, the unit continue to build and train a team of cadres and employees in charge of tasks related to digital transformation; implement documents and directives at all levels on administrative reform; focus on investing in purchasing equipment for digital transformation; provide training on exploitation and use of the Ministry of National Defense's shared software, knowledge and skills on ensuring information security and network security for affiliated agencies and units, etc.
