Over the past 5 years, PTTĐ has been closely implemented by Party committees and commanders at all levels in the Military Region's armed forces, closely following military and defense tasks. The contents of "One focus", "Three breakthroughs", "Five good years" have been implemented synchronously and effectively in all aspects of logistics work. The system of plans for combat readiness and reserve materials has been adjusted and supplemented appropriately; Project QN-21 improves the quality of soldiers' meals; military medicine, transportation, gasoline, and epidemic prevention and control have been ensured in a timely manner. Barracks, accommodation, and living areas are regular, green, clean, and beautiful.

Notably, the Quartermaster Department focuses on building "A good military feeding unit, good quartermaster management", proactively creating food sources; replicating the model of effective production zones, products put into meals are 5-20% cheaper than the market.

The Military Medical Sector has provided medical examination and treatment to more than 21,000 people; effectively implemented Covid-19 prevention and control work, quarantined over 159,000 citizens, and vaccinated more than 98% of the military. Over the past 5 years, 132 scientific research topics, initiatives, and technical improvements have been accepted by all levels and applied to the process of medical examination and treatment with high efficiency.
