Mrs. Phuong's 20k pho restaurant is located at 252 Minh Khai Street, now in Tuong Mai Ward, Hanoi . She said that although she only sells for 20k/bowl, Ms. Phuong's pho bowl is still full of meat and onions, the price is equivalent to the current 35k pho bowl.
