More than 1,400 students attended the "Citizenship - Student Activity Week"

On the morning of November 17, Thai Nguyen University Branch in Lao Cai province organized the "Citizen - Student Activity Week" in the middle of the 2025 - 2026 school year.

1,471 students of Thai Nguyen University Branch in Lao Cai province participated in the activity week.

The Citizenship and Student Activity Week will take place over two days (November 17-18).

More than 1,400 students attended the activity week.

The branch will coordinate with the police and functional agencies to organize for students and learners to learn about the current, economic, political and social situations at home and abroad from the beginning of 2025 to present; the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on practicing thrift and fighting waste.

Leaders of Department PA05, Lao Cai Provincial Police, delivered a lecture on cyber security to students.

In addition, the branch also organizes for students to learn about legal contents in educational institutions on network security, information security and prevention of high-tech crimes.

Participating in the activity week, students discussed and dialogued with branch leaders to better understand the regulations of the school and the education sector on related issues.

The activity week helps students gain more useful knowledge.

“Citizenship and Student Activities Week” helps students and learners grasp and update issues of concern in the country’s political, economic and social life, on that basis, apply them creatively and appropriately to their studies; raise learners’ awareness of the rights, obligations and sense of responsibility of citizens and learners in implementing the Party’s guidelines and policies, the State’s laws and policies, regulations of the education sector, Thai Nguyen University and the school, meeting the goals and requirements of training and practice for learners.
