Quang Binh: Candidates confidently measure alcohol concentration before taking the driving test

The first driving license test organized by the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police had 295 students of driving license training courses at Quang Binh Agricultural Technical College. Of which, 47 students were B01 class, 110 students were B class and 138 students were C class.

Before entering the exam, the students were thoroughly informed about the exam regulations by the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police. New students taking the exam for all types of cars must take 4 exams including: Theory; driving a car using simulation software; practicing driving skills in pictures and practicing driving on public roads. In addition, before entering the exam, all students are tested for alcohol concentration, in order to tighten discipline and enhance the sense of responsibility of traffic participants right from when they are students.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the driving license test, Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Cao Quang, Head of the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police, emphasized: Although the unit has just taken over the task of testing driving licenses, it has tried to overcome all difficulties in procedures, facilities, and software to ensure that the test takes place smoothly and according to plan.

The driving test is an important step to evaluate the results of the students' learning and training process over the past time, from knowledge of traffic safety laws to driving skills in the field and on the road.

Therefore, members of the Examination Council will perform their duties and responsibilities properly, comply with the examination process, and ensure objectivity, fairness, and seriousness during the examination process. Technical departments, officers, and employees serving the examination will ensure that technical conditions, means, and facilities operate smoothly, providing the best support for the exam.

At the same time, candidates must strictly comply with the regulations, maintain order and safety throughout the examination process, take the exam seriously, honestly and comply with the regulations of the Examination Council and the instructions of the examiners. At the same time, it is required to strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation process to promptly detect, prevent and strictly handle negative manifestations and violations, if any.
