The Provincial People's Committee also proposed to issue a List of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land as prescribed in Point b, Clause 1, Article 126 of the Land Law, including 4 land plots for implementing projects that must organize bidding to select investors according to the provisions of the law on industry and sector management.

Specifically, Tam Hiep 2 social housing area (Tam Hiep commune, Nui Thanh); low-income residential area (area 2), low-income residential area (area 3) in Dien Nam Trung ward, Dien Ban; investment in building Dien Ban regional specialized hospital in Dien Nam Trung ward.
