Quang Ninh: Launching a 3,000 billion VND high-tech dairy farming project.

Quang Tan commune held a meeting to agree on a plan for transferring land use rights to implement a high-tech dairy farming and milk processing project.

On December 15th, Quang Tan commune ( Quang Ninh province) held a meeting to finalize a plan for transferring land use rights between local households and the International Ecological Joint Stock Company to implement a high-tech dairy farming and milk processing project.

At the meeting, representatives from the International Ecological Joint Stock Company provided specific information on the unit price for the transfer of land use rights; and coordinated with the households to review relevant documents and legal procedures, as a basis for implementing the project in accordance with regulations.

Through discussions, the majority of households expressed strong agreement and consensus with the land use rights transfer plan and price proposed by the enterprise. The households hope that the project will be implemented and operational soon, thereby contributing to the socio -economic development of the locality. In addition, the residents requested that the enterprise pay attention to ensuring environmental and biosafety requirements and prioritize creating jobs for local workers…

The high-tech dairy farming and milk processing project is expected to cover an area of ​​approximately 170.68 hectares. Of this, 160.74 hectares are in Quang Tan commune and 9.94 hectares in Dam Ha commune. The total investment is over 3,000 billion VND. The project scope includes: constructing a closed-loop farm and on-site processing plant with a total herd of 10,000 cows; a capacity of 200 tons of milk per day; applying advanced, circular farming technology; and strictly ensuring environmental and biosafety requirements.

When the project becomes operational, it will bring many positive values ​​to the region: attracting local labor in livestock farming, factory operation, and logistics services; changing the crop structure, encouraging people to convert less productive land areas to growing corn and grass for animal feed to supply the farms; promoting clean agriculture, orienting production according to GlobalGAP and organic standards, contributing to environmental protection and consumer health.

The High-Tech Dairy Farming and Milk Processing Project is one of 31 key projects and works selected by Quang Ninh province to be launched on December 19, 2025, as a practical way to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
