Initial information shows that at the 14.2.2 seam furnace area at level -190/-170 in mining workshop 7, while workers were working to support the substructure frame, they were buried due to a landslide.
Immediately after receiving the information, Quang Hanh Coal Company - TKV quickly deployed a rescue plan, bringing 3 workers to Cam Pha General Hospital for emergency treatment.

The victims were actively treated by doctors and nurses of Cam Pha General Hospital.

Up to this point, there have been 3 workers who have died: Bui Van Tuyen, born in 1991, in Kinh Mon, Hai Duong; Dinh Van Toan, born in 1980, in Son Dong, Bac Giang ; Lau A Vu, born in 1995, in Bac Yen, Son La.
Currently, Mr. Ly A Chia, born in 1991, in Dien Bien is injured and is being actively treated by doctors and nurses at Cam Pha General Hospital.
The initial cause of the accident was determined to be that while workers were working, the market furnace collapsed, burying 4 workers.
Currently, the authorities are at the scene, coordinating with Quang Hanh Coal Company to direct rescue work, overcome the incident and investigate the cause of the accident.
