The National Assembly voted to pass numerous laws and resolutions.

Overview of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly .

During the final working week (November 27-29) of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly, the National Assembly will vote to approve the Law on Identity Cards; the Law on Housing (amended); the Law on Water Resources (amended); the Law on Real Estate Business (amended); and the Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level.

The resolutions passed by the National Assembly include: Resolution on piloting some specific mechanisms and policies on investment in road transport construction projects; Resolution on applying supplementary corporate income tax according to the global tax base erosion prevention regulations; Resolution on the results of the thematic supervision on “the implementation of the National Assembly's Resolutions on national target programs on building new rural areas in the period 2021-2025, sustainable poverty reduction in the period 2021-2025, and socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the period 2021-2030”; Resolution on interpellation and answers to interpellation; Resolution of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Also during this working week, the National Assembly discussed several draft laws, including the Law on the Capital City (amended); the Law on Archives (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Auction of Assets; and the Law on National Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization.

The National Assembly also discussed the Government's reports on the preliminary results of the pilot implementation of the urban government model in Hanoi and Da Nang, and the results of three years of implementing the urban government model in Ho Chi Minh City.
