Vu Hoa People's Credit Fund announces changes in its operations

Pursuant to Decision No. 160/QD-KV10 dated May 7, 2025 of State Bank Region 10.

Now Vu Hoa People's Credit Fund would like to announce as follows:

1. Charter capital of Vu Hoa People's Credit Fund as of December 31, 2024: VND 4,600,000,000 (In words: Four billion six hundred million dong).

2. Amend and supplement the operating contents according to Operating License No. 11/NH-GP dated November 30, 1996 issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Province Branch, to Vu Hoa People's Credit Fund as follows:

a) Mobilizing capital in Vietnamese Dong.

b) Loans in Vietnamese Dong.

c) Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers through the CF-ebank system of the cooperative bank.

- Agent providing payment services for cooperative banks for members and customers of Vu Hoa People's Credit Fund.

- Participate in contributing capital to cooperative banks.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, commercial bank, cooperative bank.

- Deposit money at cooperative bank.
