With an open, frank and responsible spirit, the Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the delegates to discuss in the most general way the implementation of the Party's mass mobilization tasks in the past time with outstanding results, advantages, shortcomings and limitations; as well as difficulties and obstacles in the implementation. At the same time, he identified the requirements and key tasks that need to be carried out in the coming time.

Comrade Pham Thi Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission presented innovations in mass mobilization work in recent times.

According to the report at the working session, the political system's mass mobilization work in the first 9 months of 2024 continued to achieve many results. The content and methods of the Party's leadership in mass mobilization work were innovated, closely following the practical requirements of the locality.

Awareness of cadres, party members and the masses about the role and position of mass mobilization work in the new situation has many positive changes and clearly improved.

Comrade Pham Trieu - Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee expressed his opinion on coordinating with the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee in grasping information and situation among the people.

The mass mobilization work of State agencies has been innovated and achieved many positive results. The work of receiving people has been carried out seriously, strengthening dialogue in resolving urgent issues of the people, contributing to focusing on timely and effective resolution of legitimate concerns of the people.

The Fatherland Front , socio-political organizations and mass organizations should strengthen innovation in the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots. They should fulfill their role as representatives and protect the legitimate and legal rights of union members; and play a core role in building the great national unity bloc.

Comrade Pham S - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized the role of mass mobilization work in the preparation period for Party congresses at all levels.

Patriotic emulation movements, especially the Mass Mobilization Emulation Movement, are skillfully associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, and are being led, directed and implemented in an orderly manner by Party committees at all levels, and gradually improving their quality. Ethnic and religious work is always given attention by Party committees and authorities at all levels.

In addition to the achieved results, speaking at the meeting, comrade Le Minh Quang - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission also frankly pointed out the shortcomings and limitations in mass mobilization work in recent times. Specifically, the organization of the mass mobilization apparatus from the provincial to grassroots levels is still thin, often rotated, causing difficulties and hardships in implementing tasks. Comrade Hoang Thanh Hai - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies gave his opinion on the work of government mass mobilization.

Regarding the key tasks in the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission determined to continue to focus on the work of grasping the ideological situation, thoughts and aspirations of all classes of people, the ethnic and religious situation; promptly forecasting the developments of ideology, thoughts and aspirations of all classes of people, especially people in remote areas, ethnic minority areas and areas with religious people.

Continue to coordinate to grasp the situation and mobilize the people of K'Ren village, Hiep An commune, Duc Trong district to agree to implement the Ta Hoet Reservoir Project.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Pham Thi Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission commented: Mass mobilization work in recent times has had positive changes, with strong innovations in content, methods and approaches, bringing higher efficiency.

However, the work of grasping information and the situation among the people, despite efforts, is still slow and lacking in uniformity.

In the context of many important local and national events taking place in 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee determined that in the coming time, it will continue to have innovations to improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work.

In particular, focus on propaganda, mobilization, and creating consensus among the people in the process of deploying and implementing key projects of the province and districts and cities. In his concluding remarks at the meeting, Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thai Hoc affirmed: The Central Highlands provinces have a hot and complicated situation related to ethnic and religious issues, which has been shown in specific incidents and cannot be subjective. However, the ethnic and religious situation in Lam Dong province is basically stable and not too complicated. This is thanks to many factors; in which, there is a contribution from the mass mobilization system.

However, the current situation is posing requirements and tasks that require mass mobilization work to have innovation and concern from organization, people to operation.

The Acting Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: People doing mass mobilization work must first grasp the situation among the people. Of which, there are 5 issues that people doing mass mobilization work need to grasp firmly, think about and answer, including: Security and order situation in localities; great national solidarity bloc; relationship between the Party and the people, the government and the people, the political system and the people; material and spiritual life of the people; how is the people's mastery expressed?

From the 5 issues that need to be grasped, comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc suggested that people doing mass mobilization work need to identify 3 goals: Must grasp, know and assess the situation among the people; from there, promptly advise and propose to solve problems arising among the people; when there are policies and instructions, the mass mobilization block must take the lead in advising, proposing and organizing implementation.
