To successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels of the province, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province, requested that Party committees, party organizations, agencies, units and localities in the province continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of the results and Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels.

At the same time, proactively grasp social thoughts and opinions, promptly orient information, resolve arising issues, and create high unity of perception and action throughout the province's political system.

In addition, urgently review, complete and issue documents after the Congress such as: Working regulations of the Executive Committee, Work Program, Inspection and Supervision Program for the entire term. Assign specific tasks, link personal responsibility with work results, promote proactive and creative spirit, improve effectiveness and efficiency of leadership, direction and implementation.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, agencies, units and localities to focus on synchronously and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, concretizing goals, targets and tasks with practical, realistic action programs and plans, with focus and key points in all fields.

Promote the role and responsibility of leaders, regularly inspect and supervise, promptly supplement, adjust or recommend inappropriate contents, ensuring that the Resolution soon comes into life, creating clear changes right from the beginning of the term.

At the same time, continue to effectively implement the two-level local government model, promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in management and operation.

In particular, widely launching patriotic emulation movements, creating new momentum, new motivation, mobilizing the combined strength of the entire political system and the people, determined to successfully implement the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the Provincial Party Committee Office and specialized departments to fully synthesize recommendations and proposals for the Standing Committee to promptly consider and resolve.
