Reviewing the preparation work for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to prepare for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

According to the report at the meeting, up to now, the organization of the 1st Congress of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, has been carefully prepared. The Congress is expected to take place over 2 days with the participation of about 400 delegates, including official delegates attending the Congress and invited delegates.

After being built, the draft Political Report of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, is continuing to complete and absorb comments.

Comrade Ho Thi Nguyen Thao - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee spoke at the meeting.

The draft sets out 07 key tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term, closely following the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress; from there, develop appropriate and accurate programs and plans for implementation. At the same time, focus on implementing 4 breakthrough Resolutions of the Politburo (13th tenure), namely: Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthrough in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development.

The draft also identifies three breakthroughs for the term. The top priority is to focus on building a contingent of cadres at all levels with sufficient quantity, composition, quality, capacity and prestige, equal to the task; a contingent of cadres, civil servants and public employees, especially leaders, with strong political will, clear ethics, outstanding capacity, daring to think, daring to speak, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, daring to innovate, daring to face difficulties and challenges and being resolute in action for the common good.

Comrade Ta Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee chaired the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Ta Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee emphasized that the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 is an important political event of the province. Based on the assigned tasks, it is recommended that units continue to review and carefully prepare the contents. The Congress program needs to be built appropriately, ensuring time, while demonstrating the spirit of the Congress. Continue to perfect the content of the draft Political Report; develop a plan to present the contents of the direct report at the Congress with appropriate methods and duration. The contents of the presentations at the Congress need to focus on a number of typical and key contents, avoiding spreading out. Proactively develop a propaganda plan before, during and after the Congress.
