Spanish press also reported that Real Madrid President Florentino Perez had a heated argument with President of the Royal Spanish Football Federation Rafael Louza.
But Real Madrid have now reversed course, confirming that they will play in the final. In a statement to the press, Real Madrid said: "In light of the rumours that have emerged in recent hours, Real Madrid declares that our team has never considered withdrawing from tomorrow's final.
Real Madrid understands that the values of football must be respected, despite the hostility and animosity that the referees appointed for the final have shown against our club."
