A leading Brazilian construction company has announced a partnership deal with Cristiano Ronaldo to boost apartment sales at what is set to be the world's tallest residential building.

Ronaldo signed a cooperation agreement to build a building up to 550 meters high.

Brazilian construction group FG Empreendimentos has signed a three-year contract with Cristiano Ronaldo's family to promote the Senna Tower. When completed, it will be the tallest residential building in the world , a new symbol of luxury on the Balneerio Camboriu beach.

According to Publico Brasil , the business of two businessmen Francisco and Jean Graciola wants to attract Portuguese and Brazilian communities in Europe to invest in this project, so they cooperate with CR7. Although the details of Ronaldo's salary are kept secret, the value of the contract is said to be not small.

Alex Brito, FG's commercial and marketing director, revealed that Ronaldo was not directly involved in the promotion, but his image and name were used in the marketing campaign. "We have been working with the Aveiro family for three years. His mother, Dolores, and sister, Catia Aveiro, will be present at some events, with signed footballs," he said.

The Senna Tower project is expected to be completed in 8 years, reaching a height of 550 meters - surpassing any existing residential building in the world. The project includes 228 apartments, starting at around 5 million euros, with a scale of 400 to 900 m², along with 6 floors of high-end entertainment facilities. The total investment capital is up to 600 million euros.

The tower’s name is a tribute to F1 legend Ayrton Senna, with the visual design by his granddaughter, artist Lalalli Senna. Since its launch in May, 20% of the apartments have been sold, with 15% coming from international buyers and 10% from Brazilians living in Portugal.

FG is currently among the top private companies in Brazil, with 64 major projects completed. "We are a strong brand in Santa Catarina, we do not need to expand nationwide – we focus on building our reputation in this land," Mr. Brito affirmed.
