With the desire to build a seamless experience between Sacombank's existing multi-channel applications and those of third parties, bringing customers convenience in use, Sacombank decided to deploy the Omnichannel Banking Platform. This is an important step to provide superior customer experiences, enhance digital capabilities and promote Sacombank's comprehensive digitalization goals.

Due to the specific nature of the banking sector, the technology infrastructure must be stable, highly secure, and professionally operated. Sacombank prioritizes choosing suppliers that are capable of operating according to international standards with the most stringent requirements, meeting the specific characteristics of the Finance - Banking sector.

Previously, in June 2022, CMC Telecom officially launched the new generation Data Center in the CMC Creative Space complex - CMC Creative Space, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City with a total investment of 1,500 billion VND. With a scale of 1,200 rack cabinets, CMC Telecom's DC Tan Thuan is rated by Uptime Institute as one of the most modern data centers in Vietnam.

Currently, CMC Telecom's Tan Thuan DC is also the first and only DC in Vietnam to own the Uptime Tier III certificate for both Design and Construction . CMC Telecom is also the first unit in Vietnam to receive the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certificate, a payment security certificate specifically for the financial and banking sector.

To meet Sacombank's strict requirements in terms of stability, data integrity and security, 100% of the Data Center experts participating in this project must have DC design, management and operation certificates: Accredited Operations Specialists (AOS), Accredited Tier Designer (ATS), Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), Certified Data Center Risk Professional (CDRP) risk assessment certificate.
