This morning, the National Assembly continued to discuss personnel work.

According to the working schedule of the 15th National Assembly , 10th session, this morning, October 25, the National Assembly will continue to meet on personnel work.

Previously, on the afternoon of October 24, the National Assembly voted to pass a resolution to add the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the 2021-2026 term, and at the same time considered and decided on many high-level personnel matters in the State apparatus.

The National Assembly voted to pass a number of resolutions on personnel, such as: Resolution to supplement the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the 15th National Assembly term.

Resolution on dismissal of Mr. Le Quang Tung from the position of Member of the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly; dismissal of the position of Secretary General of the 15th National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office; dismissal of Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai from the position of Head of the Committee for Delegation Affairs of the 15th National Assembly; dismissal of Mr. Le Quang Huy from the position of Head of the Committee for Science, Technology and Environment of the 15th National Assembly.

Resolution approving the Prime Minister's proposal to dismiss a number of Ministers for the 2021-2026 term (removal of Mr. Bui Thanh Son from the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs; dismissal of Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra from the position of Minister of Home Affairs; dismissal of Mr. Do Duc Duy from the position of Minister of Agriculture and Environment); Resolution to dismiss Mr. Tran Van Thuc from the position of National Assembly deputy of the 15th term.

The National Assembly also voted to pass a Resolution approving the proposal of the Chairman of the National Election Council on the dismissal of Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai and Mr. Le Quang Tung from the positions of members of the National Election Council.

Also yesterday afternoon, the National Assembly listened to Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh present the report of the National Assembly Standing Committee on: Election of members of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the Committee for Delegation Affairs of the 15th National Assembly; election of Chairman of the Committee for Science, Technology and Environment of the 15th National Assembly; election of Secretary General of the 15th National Assembly - Chairman of the National Assembly Office.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also presented to the National Assembly a proposal to approve the appointment of Deputy Prime Ministers for the 2021-2026 term and approve the appointment of a number of Ministers for the 2021-2026 term.
