Land auction in Soc Son satellite urban center

National Auction Joint Stock Company No. 5 has just announced the auction of the right to use 23 plots of land in Duoc Thuong village, Tien Duoc commune, Soc Son district. The plots of land have an area of ​​89 - 200m2.

The starting price is 17,457,000 VND/m2. The prescribed price step is 2 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is from 311 - 698 million VND/plot of land.

Location of Tien Duoc commune, where 23 plots of land are expected to be auctioned.

At this auction, the auction format is regulated as 1 round of direct voting at the auction according to the ascending price method.

The auction is expected to take place at 8:30 a.m. on March 19, 2025 at Soc Son District Gymnasium (Address: Group 3, Soc Son Town, Soc Son District, Hanoi City).

Previously, on March 8, Thanh Xuan Joint Stock Auction Company successfully organized a re-auction of the right to use 36 land plots in Dong Lai village, Quang Tien commune, Soc Son district.

The 36 plots of land mentioned above were re-auctioned because no owners were found in the auction on November 29, 2024. The reason was that the subjects sabotaged the auction by offering prices up to 30 billion VND/m2.

At the end of the auction, all 36 plots of land in Quang Tien commune were successfully auctioned. The plot with the highest winning price was 48.9 million VND/m2. The plot with the lowest winning price was 29.9 million VND/m2.
