Accordingly, the Art Performance Program on Tobacco Harm Prevention will be held in the third quarter of 2025, with a duration of 100 minutes, including skits, songs, dances, music, plays, comedy (variety) ensuring artistic quality, conveying the content of tobacco harm prevention and control and the Party and State's legal policies on tobacco harm prevention and control.
Through the program, we aim to raise the community's understanding and awareness in the work of communication on tobacco harm prevention and control; promote the role and responsibility of the entire population in effectively implementing the work of protecting public health. At the same time, we diversify the forms of propaganda to attract a large number of people to participate, thereby conveying the State's policies and guidelines on tobacco harm prevention and control to all classes of people, creating a vibrant movement with extensive, regular and continuous activities in tobacco harm prevention and control at all levels.
In the Decision, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to develop and organize the Art Performance Program to propagate tobacco harm prevention and control in 2025 in the Northern Region.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 200 dated January 23, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on organizing the Art Performance Program to propagate tobacco harm prevention and control in 2025 in the Northern Region.
