After April 15, 2025, if the participant has not updated their citizen identification/personal identification, the social insurance agency will temporarily stop processing the increase/decrease/adjustment records, temporarily stop issuing health insurance cards and will not confirm the social insurance payment process, will not issue separate sheets or procedures related to the social insurance book.
