50 years ago, implementing the strategic determination of the Politburo , the provincial armed forces continuously attacked the enemy, creating a position and strength to coordinate with the main force to gain a decisive victory. After 51 days and nights (March 8 to April 27, 1975) of continuous attacks and uprisings, the army and people of Binh Thuan completely liberated their homeland, contributing with the army and people of the whole country to establish the great victory of Spring 1975 to completely liberate the South and unify the country. The army and people of Binh Thuan achieved many glorious feats, worthy of the 12 golden words that the Party and State awarded "Self-reliance, self-strengthening, heroic fighting, glorious victory".
