Accordingly, on May 9, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism submitted a document to the Provincial People's Committee on adding two relics: Vo Ha Thanh ancient house (Buu Long ward, Bien Hoa city) and Tap Phuoc - Phuoc Hoa communal house (Long Phuoc commune, Long Thanh district) to the list of ranked relics and scenic spots in the province, period 2021-2025.

On May 22, the Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 6227/UBND-KGVX on adding to the list of ranked relics and scenic spots in the province. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department to coordinate with the Bien Hoa City People's Committee and relevant agencies and units to review and determine the current legal owner of the Vo Ha Thanh ancient house and discuss with the owner about preserving the ancient house according to the policy of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in Document No. 8087-CV/YU dated September 26, 2024.

In order to ensure the legal basis for advising the Provincial People's Committee to supplement the roadmap for ranking provincial-level relics and deploying the preparation of scientific dossiers to rank provincial-level relics for the Vo Ha Thanh ancient house, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Bien Hoa City People's Committee to pay attention to and direct relevant departments and agencies to review and clearly identify the current legal owner of the Vo Ha Thanh ancient house. The results of the implementation will be sent to the department before June 5 for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee in accordance with regulations.
