According to the latest document of Dong Nai Department of Health, the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team in coordination with Department PC 03 - Dong Nai Provincial Police, Department of Justice, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Dong Nai Provincial Market Management Department has focused on clarifying the information reflected and directed by the Department of Food Safety ( Ministry of Health ) on advertising the product "Nestlé Milo Barley Milk Supplement" of Nestlé Vietnam Company Limited.
The inspection team took samples of the product "Nestlé Milo Barley Milk Supplement" to evaluate the safety and quality indicators of the product. On May 28, 2025, the Technical Center for Standards, Metrology and Quality 3 returned test results No. KT3-03213BTP5 for the sample "Nestlé Milo Barley Milk Supplement", test results: The product has safety indicators and quality indicators in accordance with the product self-declaration file (Product self-declaration file No. 88/NESTLÉ VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED/2020) and the Product detailed information sheet (TCCS 88:2020/NLV).
The case has been transferred to the police investigation agency by the Dong Nai Department of Health for verification, clarification and handling in accordance with the provisions of law. Based on the agreement between the inspection team and the representative of the Department of Health: Nestlé Vietnam Company Limited has shown signs of "deceiving or confusing consumers by providing false, incomplete, and inaccurate information on one of the contents specified in Point a, Clause 1, Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights".
