
Attending the launching ceremony were specialized officials of Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union, Lao Cai City Youth Union, secretaries of grassroots youth unions under the City Youth Union; Lao Cai Provincial Police Youth Union; Dong Ta Phoi - Vinacomin Joint Stock Company Youth Union, Golden Scissors Club and a large number of people and students of Ta Phoi commune.
This event aims to promote the spirit of volunteerism and initiative of union members and youth in implementing the Youth Union's work program and youth movement in 2025. At the same time, the program also responds to the Month of Action for Children and the movement "Digital Education - Every Youth is a Digital Ambassador" in Lao Cai city.

At the ceremony, the Ta Phoi Commune Youth Union launched the commune-level "Digital Literacy" Team, with 9 members participating. The team was established to effectively implement the goal of raising awareness and essential digital skills for local people, creating job opportunities and forming a community that adapts to digital transformation; participating in building digital government , digital society, digital citizens...

During the launching program, representatives of the Provincial Police Youth Union disseminated and promoted to the people about "Skills to identify and prevent fraud in cyberspace" (photo above).

On this occasion, the Youth Union of Dong Ta Phoi Vinacomin Joint Stock Company presented 20 gifts to disadvantaged students in Ta Phoi commune. This is a practical action to encourage and motivate children to excel in their studies, becoming shining examples of the spirit of overcoming difficulties.

Participating in the program, local children and youth can also read books and access the internet for free at the Provincial Library's mobile library and get free haircuts.

On this occasion, Lao Cai City Youth Union also handed over 2 "Charity Houses" to Mr. Vi Van Sinh's family in Phan Lan village and Mrs. Vang Thi Chi's family in Phoi 3 village, Ta Phoi commune, Lao Cai city. These are 2 families with difficult housing circumstances, especially after the storm in September 2024. Each house was supported with 100 million VND from the socialized resources of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Lao Cai province (photo above).
