Exciting race 'Joining hands, shining the coastal city'

The event is part of a series of practical activities to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday and respond to Workers' Month 2025.

Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor; city leaders; representatives of relevant departments, agencies, and units, along with nearly 200 athletes from 165 affiliated grassroots unions.

The race with the theme "Joining footsteps, brightening the coastal city" is a meaningful sports activity, not only a playground for health training but also spreading the spirit of loving sports, living healthily, following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh.

After more than 3 hours of competition, the tournament took place safely and excitingly, attracting the cheers of many people and union members. At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to athletes with outstanding achievements in two categories: 5 km for women and 10 km for men.

In his closing remarks, the representative of the organizing committee expressed his gratitude to the sponsors, the referees, the accompanying agencies and especially the enthusiasm and efforts of the athletes. At the same time, he affirmed that all participants were true winners, because they had overcome themselves, contributing to creating an inspiring sports festival.

The 2025 Run is a meaningful opportunity to connect, spread the spirit of solidarity, promote the physical training movement among the workforce, and at the same time motivate union members and workers to continue to strive in life and work.

At the closing ceremony, the organizing committee presented 26 awards to athletes with outstanding achievements. In the two competitions (5 km for women and 10 km for men), there were 2 first prizes, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 20 consolation prizes.
