In addition, the working session also heard recommendations related to detailed planning issues, current land status; approval of compensation plans for site clearance, procedures for handling land use rights and assets attached to land according to the provisions of the Investment Law and the Land Law; issues related to procedures for implementing and expanding new projects; converting functions of project items, converting rice land; updating construction planning, zoning planning, etc.

Based on the opinions at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan affirmed that the province always accompanies in removing difficulties and obstacles, speeding up project implementation progress, creating maximum conditions for businesses. In the coming time, the province will organize a unit to accompany businesses in the spirit of "solving any problems".

For businesses with raw material areas in the area, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that businesses should pay attention to investing in deep processing factories to improve the efficiency of crops and livestock, increasing revenue for the state budget.

Regarding the problems related to the rubber planting project, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has provided guidance and will re-evaluate the entire project of converting exhausted forest land to rubber plantation, with an orientation to convert to agricultural land to change the crop structure more appropriately and effectively.

According to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the province is very determined in implementing commercial and service projects. Currently, the communes and wards still have a lot of room to attract investment projects.
