The German car brand expands its electric vehicle portfolio with the Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron, one of the most popular body styles among customers. “The Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron combines the advantages of new electric vehicles – performance, range, driving dynamics – with inspiring design and the practicality of a distinctive body style,” said Gernot Döllner, CEO of AUDI AG.

Distinctive exterior, emphasizing sportiness

The design team redesigned the entire roofline, starting from the A-pillar, making the sportback 37 mm lower than the SUV version. This adjustment combines the dynamism and elegance of the Sportback with the classic proportions of an SUV. This gives the Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron a uniquely sporty appearance even when the car is stationary.

The front of the car stands out with a completely closed 3D single-frame grille. Thanks to its high position, the digital daytime running lights give the Q6 Sportback e-tron a unique look. The rear of the car has a neater and more dynamic design than the SUV model, harmoniously combining strength and sporty luxury. The seamless taillight strip and the sophisticated, spacious rear structure give the sportback the elegant and sharp look typical of Audi.

Meticulously designed interior for users

The interior of the Q6 Sportback e-tron has been designed with the user in mind. The material properties were carefully considered right from the start of the interior design process. The Audi MMI panoramic display and the MMI passenger display create a digital environment that is pleasing to the eye.

The interior designs are tailored to the user with high contrast, the patterns are intentionally placed in the foreground or background, creating a three-dimensional spatial structure, harmonizing aesthetics and ergonomics.

Premium colours and materials, such as Argument fabric and Dinamica microfibre, some of which are made from recycled materials, are also used for the seats. In the S line, the soft upholstery uses Elastic Melange, a material made from recycled materials. The roof, pillars and sun visors are made from Draft, a fabric made from 100% recycled polyester.

Superior strength and mobility

The Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron is available with battery and drivetrain options.

The version with a high-voltage 83 kWh battery and rear-wheel drive produces 252 horsepower and can accelerate to 100 km/h in 7 seconds in Launch Control mode. With a 100 kWh battery, the car has a maximum capacity of 306 horsepower and can accelerate to 100 km/h in 6.6 seconds.

The most powerful version of the Audi SQ6 Sportback e-tron has a capacity of up to 489 horsepower with 2 electric motors located on the front and rear axles, reaching a speed of 100km/h in just 4.3 seconds in Launch Control mode. The large battery capacity helps the Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron performance rear-wheel drive achieve a range of up to 656 km, the best among all Audi electric models to date.

According to Audi, the high-voltage battery’s advanced thermal management system and 800-volt electrical system enable impressive charging power. For example, the Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron performance can travel up to 265 km in just 10 minutes at a fast-charging station with a maximum charging power of 270 kW under ideal conditions. The high-voltage battery takes just 22 minutes to charge from 10% to 80%.

The S also charges at up to 270 kW, while rear-wheel drive versions charge at fast charging stations at up to 260 kW (with a 100 kWh battery) or 225 kW (with an 83 kWh battery).

Equipped with advanced technology

The Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron is equipped with an intelligent lighting system with second-generation OLED taillights featuring six OLED panels with 360 different light segments, using a specially designed diffusion algorithm to create a new image every 10 milliseconds. At the front of the car, the light from the intelligent headlights is created through the interaction of a computer algorithm and twelve light segments that can change brightness continuously.

Inside, the optional head-up display (AR HuD) marks a major step forward for Audi technology. This innovative display technology projects a large image plane onto the windshield, providing the driver with important information such as speed, traffic signs, assistance signals and navigation symbols.

Audi has also added a number of voice control options. Drivers can control many vehicle functions via Audi's voice-activated, self-learning virtual assistant. This AI-powered digital assistant is closely linked to the vehicle's systems.

The Bang & Olufsen Premium Sound System delivers an unbeatable 3D sound experience. The system includes a high-performance amplifier in the center console that controls 20 speakers with a total output of 830 watts, 4 speakers integrated into the front seat headrests, allowing Audi to introduce “sound zone” technology for the first time in its products.

Audi says customers can start ordering the Q6 Sportback e-tron from the end of this year and early 2025. The base Q6 Sportback e-tron with an 83 kWh battery and rear-wheel drive starts at 66,100 euros, or 71,200 euros, or 71,930,000 dong.

The Q6 Sportback e-tron quattro version starts at 77,100 euros, equivalent to 2.09 billion VND. The most powerful version SQ6 Sportback e-tron starts at 96,200 euros, equivalent to 2.607 billion VND.
