Digital transformation is now considered one of the important driving forces to improve the competitiveness of the economy. In Resolution No. 57, the Politburo affirmed the central role of digital transformation in promoting innovation and improving labor productivity.

At the same time, green finance plays a strategic role in the economy as the “blood” supplying green industries, from renewable energy, clean transport, organic agriculture to waste treatment and circular economy. Combining green finance and digitalization is not just an option, but a mandatory condition to improve national competitiveness.

In order to provide comprehensive analysis and practical perspectives on the connection between green finance and digitalization - two important pillars that determine the sustainable development and international integration process of Vietnam in the new period, Dan Tri newspaper, with the accompaniment of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade ( VietinBank ), organized a discussion with the theme "Green Finance and Digitalization - Journey to Realize Resolution 57", at 2:00 p.m. on September 19.
