Recurring situation of forging documents of Electricity Corporation to defraud customers

According to Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN), recently, there have been more and more counterfeit documents of the Group's trademarks and seals. The Group once again recommends that customers be vigilant and not let scammers take advantage of them.

EVN confirms that it did not issue a "Notice of change in electricity payment method" as shown in the attached image.

EVN recommends that customers absolutely do not follow the instructions in the fake document, do not let criminals steal personal information and take advantage of it, causing damage to customers and affecting the reputation of the Group.

According to EVN, in recent times, counterfeiting of EVN's brand and trademarks and those of its member units has occurred with increasingly sophisticated and complicated tricks, so EVN hopes that electricity customers and people will be more vigilant to avoid being harmed or exploited for bad purposes.
