Nghi Son Town summarizes 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05 of the Politburo

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On May 30, the Standing Committee of Nghi Son City Party Committee held a conference to review 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo and commend and reward typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the period 2016-2025.

Conference overview.

Implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" and annual topics, from 2016 to 2025, the Standing Committee of Nghi Son City Party Committee has focused on leading and directing Party Committees, Party cells, agencies and units to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with the local political tasks.

Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle are closely linked with the implementation of political tasks, campaigns, patriotic emulation movements, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, becoming a regular, continuous and consistent task in each grassroots Party organization and political system, in each cadre, Party member and the masses.

Comrade Trinh Xuan Phu, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the City Party Committee spoke at the conference.

The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is associated with the implementation of Regulation 101-QD/TW of the Central Secretariat, Regulation 08-QD/TW of the Central Executive Committee of the Party and Decision 1089-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on "Responsibility to set an example for cadres and party members, especially key cadres at all levels" is emphasized. Affirming the leadership role, vanguard and exemplary character of "above first, below later", "inside first, outside later", "party members go first, the country follows".

From 2016-2025, the town has 174 collectives and 272 individuals awarded certificates of merit by the Town Party Executive Committee and the Chairman of the Town People's Committee. Many collectives and individuals have been awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee. There are over 500 typical collective and individual models with more than 100 models from the town to communes, wards, villages, residential groups, and sub-regions.

Besides, it is necessary to replicate advanced models, good people, good deeds, good, creative and effective ways of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

At the conference, 12 collectives and 15 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of Nghi Son Town People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" in the period 2016-2025.
