According to the content of the Letter of Commendation, in the past time, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police have resolutely and effectively implemented the instructions of the Ministry of Public Security, thereby discovering and fighting to destroy an organized crime ring, large-scale production and trading of prohibited goods, with sophisticated methods and tricks, arresting and prosecuting 16 subjects, seizing 3 machinery systems, production lines, N2O gas decanting, 180 tons of raw materials, 7.3 tons of finished N2O gas and many other evidences.
This is an outstanding achievement, demonstrating the high sense of responsibility, professional sharpness and perseverance, fighting to the end against crime of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, directly the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department in implementing the direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security in fighting against organized crime, crime of producing and trading in prohibited goods.
The achievements of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police have contributed to preventing the supply of banned substances that affect people's health, while deterring and preventing crime, and strengthening people's trust in the People's Police force.
On behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long acknowledged and commended the achievements of the officers and soldiers of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police; at the same time, requested the Provincial Police to continue to coordinate with the Police of related units and localities to urgently investigate, expand the case, consolidate documents and evidence to propose prosecution of the subjects according to the law.
