Accordingly , Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requests Directors, Heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors , Chairmen of district and city People's Committees and relevant agencies and units to urgently direct the temporary suspension of the purchase of assets and working equipment of agencies, organizations, departments, branches and units under the management of district-level administrative units (except in cases of force majeure to serve professional work) .

At the same time, temporarily suspend the implementation of new construction investment projects, repair, renovation , and upgrading of offices of agencies, administrative units, and public service units at district and commune levels in the management area (except for the fields of Health and Education ) until the Provincial People's Committee has new instructions, in order to implement the policy of saving, fighting budget waste, and streamlining the administrative apparatus.
