Witness the Toyota Innova Zenix Hybrid "fuel-guzzling" 4.85 liters/100km, from 1.1 billion VND

Toyota distributor in Thailand has just officially introduced the 7-seat MPV Innova Zenix Hybrid 2025 version with some upgrades in equipment and design.

Compared to the previous version, the Toyota Innova Zenix Hybrid 2025 just launched in the Thai market has some notable changes such as the addition of a sports bodykit including front bumper, side skirts and rear bumper.

The car is also equipped with a stainless steel exhaust, wireless charging, front and rear dash cams. The hybrid engine system is adjusted to meet Euro 6 emission standards.

Another small change is that the Dark Steel exterior color is removed, while the interior space is changed to an all-black tone. In terms of design, the Innova Zenix still retains the modern MPV style but has an overall size that is slightly larger than the previous generation.

The car has a length of 4,760 mm, a width of 1,850 mm and a height of 1,790 mm, with a wheelbase of 2,850 mm – an increase of 100 mm compared to the old model. This promises to bring more spacious interior space for all three rows of seats.

The car has a ground clearance of 160 mm, suitable for urban and suburban road conditions. Notably, the Innova Zenix 2025 marks an important fundamental shift from the Body-on-frame structure to the Monocoque TNGA-C.

At the same time, the drive system of Innova Zenix 2025 is switched from rear to front axle - a popular trend in current passenger cars to increase flexibility and fuel economy.

In terms of operation, this MPV model uses a 2.0L M20A-FXS gasoline engine, producing 152 horsepower and 188 Nm of torque.

Combined with a 113 horsepower electric motor, the hybrid powertrain produces a total output of 186 horsepower and 206 Nm, mated to an e-CVT automatic transmission.

The car uses a 1.3 kWh Ni-MH battery, supports E10 fuel and meets Euro 6 emission standards. Toyota announced fuel consumption of 20.6 km/l, equivalent to about 4.85 liters/100 km.

The car is imported completely from Indonesia and distributed in two versions using a 2.0L hybrid engine, priced at 1,379,000 Baht (1.12 billion VND) for the Smart version and 1,489,000 Baht (1.2 billion VND) for the Premium version.
