Giving life jackets and helmets to families with preferential policies and students overcoming difficulties in Cai Chien, Hai Ha

Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police), Provincial Traffic Safety Committee Office, Ha Long Tourist Boat Association presented 10 gifts to poor students who overcame difficulties and policy households in Cai Chien commune, Hai Ha district.

Through the donation of life jackets and helmets, officers of the Waterway Police Team and Traffic Police Department directly disseminated to the people and students knowledge and skills on safe traffic participation, drowning prevention, and some new regulations on ensuring road traffic safety.

In addition to promoting inland waterway traffic safety, officers of the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police) also informed fishermen about some new regulations on road traffic safety.

Along with strengthening patrols, detecting and handling violations, every year, the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police) and the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee Office, the Ha Long Tourist Boat Association maintain many activities of giving gifts, disseminating and popularizing traffic safety laws to people in coastal and island localities. This activity aims to raise awareness and responsibility of the community in preventing accidents and injuries, especially traffic accidents in children; contribute to supporting fishermen to safely go to sea and stay at sea; support students in difficult circumstances to improve their lives; improve the effectiveness of propaganda, dissemination andeducation of law in the community; contribute to preventing and minimizing damage caused by accidents and natural disasters.
