Strengthening traffic safety

The City Traffic Safety Committee has just issued a document requesting the Da Nang Automobile Transport Association, Da Nang Road Cargo, and Da Nang Taxi to step up measures to propagate and disseminate regulations on railway traffic safety, not driving after drinking alcohol, using drugs; not driving at the speed limit, not using the phone while driving; traffic rules at level crossings between railways and roads, improving legal awareness, strictly complying with measures to limit railway crossing accidents... to workers, drivers under management and members of the association.

The department managing and monitoring traffic safety conditions, traffic safety monitoring officers of the unit shall fully perform their functions and tasks according to regulations; it is necessary to arrange permanent officers to monitor the operation of vehicles and drivers through journey monitoring devices to promptly detect, prevent, and resolutely handle risks and violations occurring during operation; fully and seriously implement the contents of the process of ensuring traffic safety and order; strengthen propaganda, dissemination, and education for drivers and service staff on vehicles to strictly comply with the provisions of the law on road and railway traffic safety and order, and regulations on automobile transport business activities.
