Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi affirmed this at the workshop on Da Nang Tourism in the New Era: Integration and Breakthrough. The workshop was organized by the Da Nang City Tourism Development Promotion Fund in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the afternoon of May 17, on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of its establishment (2020 - 2025).

“The city government will always accompany the City Tourism Development Promotion Fund, the City Tourism Association and the business community, supporting businesses in communication, market promotion, opening new flight routes, as well as removing difficulties and obstacles in the business operations of businesses,” Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi emphasized.

At the workshop, experts, managers and business representatives exchanged and discussed key topics such as: effectively exploiting resources and planning tourist areas and destinations after administrative merger; positioning the city's tourism brand and market; strengthening service supply chain linkages; promotion work; product development, digital transformation application and improving the quality of human resources in the tourism industry; infrastructure investment and development of expanded tourism space.

The workshop is an important opportunity for the management community, experts and businesses to look back on the development journey of Da Nang's tourism industry, and at the same time build a strategic vision and new initiatives to enhance competitiveness, sustainable development and deep integration with the region and the world .

On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the City Tourism Development Promotion Fund, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the continuous efforts and achievements in connecting businesses, creating consensus, effectively supporting business activities and expanding international markets.

At the same time, it is recommended that the City Tourism Development Promotion Fund and the City Tourism Association continue to promote their leading role, mobilizing businesses to join hands with the city to develop Da Nang tourism in the new era, affirming the position of Da Nang city tourism on the world tourism map.
